Hello, I am having issues with accessing my Lonza ADP account online. I have accounts with both Jubilant Pharmaceuticals and Lonza, but the Lonza account is not connecting. When I try to log in, it says there is no account. It is becoming very stressful as I cannot reach anyone on the customer service line, which just hangs up. If this matter is not resolved soon, I may have to seek legal assistance. Your prompt attention to this urgent issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with one of your partners, Global Cash Card. They activated a card for someone without my consent, resulting in the loss of $[redacted] from my account. Despite my requests, they have not assisted me in recovering the funds and have even deactivated the unauthorized card. I am considering legal action against both companies involved. I demand that my money be returned promptly by your organization.

Hello, I had a frustrating experience with a customer service representative named Sheila. After being on the phone with her for over 40 minutes, she was unable to provide any information about my account. Despite my requests, Sheila refused to connect me with a supervisor, repeating the same information multiple times instead. She mentioned an escalation process that could take 3-5 days, even though I had paid for expedited service on the 6th of this month. It's concerning that, despite providing my information multiple times, including a confirmation number and transaction details, no one could assist me. The lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable. I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am employed at Honda Manufacturing in Indiana and I am attempting to view my pay stub through the ADP website. Despite not accessing the site for more than four years, I managed to retrieve my username. However, upon trying to log in with my saved password, I continuously encounter an error message stating, "You cannot access your account at this time. Contact your administrator for assistance with your security access." I am uncertain if this issue is due to an incorrect password input on my end or if I should reach out to an administrator at Honda for help. Thank you for any guidance.

Hello, I am Brandon Davis. I have been waiting for a deposit for an additional two days. I have proof that it was deposited into my account ending in [redacted] on April 9th, but it has not shown up as a pending deposit yet. I have checked with my employer, and they confirmed that all my information is accurate on their end. I am concerned as it should only take two days for a deposit to post, and this is the fourth day without any sign of it. I have financial obligations to fulfill, including buying food and gas, and I need this resolved promptly. The pending deposit is for $[redacted], and I am also expecting another payment from my employer soon.

I applied for unemployment benefits and received an email stating that a valid tax identification number is required for Colorado State Unemployment. I now have my unemployment ID and need to provide it to you. It seems like I need to update my account with the correct ID number. If I have the number, I can contact you to update it. If not, I should apply for it with the appropriate taxing authority and inform you once I have it. There will be a $25 processing fee per missing ID number until the account is updated. The fee is charged monthly for local jurisdictions and state income tax, or quarterly for state unemployment insurance. If there are any queries, please let me know. Thank you, Initials

Before starting at KBR, I used to have my payments deposited into a line of credit account, which would then transfer any over payments into my checking account. This was convenient for automating house renovation payments. With the company switching accounts from Wells Fargo to Bank of America, I'm looking to set up direct deposit in a similar way. KBR's HR suggested I contact you to inquire about setting up payroll deposits to an account other than checking or savings. I am a legacy SGT employee, which KBR acquired in the past year. I have faced paycheck issues for the third time now. A year ago, I went without pay for 35 days. Two weeks ago, my paycheck was $[redacted] short, and today it was $[redacted] short. My employer stated that ADP failed to deduct benefits from 13 consecutive paychecks. Moreover, my user ID has been changed, and I can't access my paystubs anymore. I work at Tata Consultancy Services. The payroll discrepancies seem to continue until the benefits are recovered. The federal tax withholding on my paycheck stub was only $1.17, which doesn't make sense. I have reported this matter to the Department of Labor, including ADP. I want ADP to acknowledge the payroll errors, reimburse me for the missing amounts, and stop the retroactive deductions without informing me. It's challenging to cover expenses while dealing with these unexpected deductions.

I have been using MyADP for over four years to access my payroll information as a FedEx employee. Recently, the system is not recognizing my son and I, despite having our login information at hand. I am attempting to set up a new ADP account using "Logans-Online" as the Registration Code. Unfortunately, it is not working. Throughout the years, I have managed several ADP accounts with various employers. I am currently able to access at least one of these accounts with All Pets Animal Hospital. While I am no longer employed at Old Chicago (Logans-Online), I require access to my payroll stub details promptly for urgent Pandemic Relief purposes. Could you kindly assist me with this matter?

I'm Juan J Pacheco. I formerly had a checking account for direct deposit. However, the account closed, and my recent paycheck, dated December 1st, went there. I updated my account details since then. On my ADP paystub, I saw it indeed went to the old account. The update now displays the correct account, but I need assurance it will go to the right one. Could an agent please confirm this by phone? My employment with Loudoun Medical Group ended on 12/18/[redacted]. My exit has been challenging, and I have faced difficulties receiving my final paycheck. Despite HR and Payroll indicating that it was sent after Christmas, I am still waiting to receive it. I have been patient and understanding of the delays due to the busy post office, but the paycheck should have arrived by now. I contacted Payroll to stop the original check and requested a reissue for pick-up. Lynn from Payroll mentioned she would seek approval from ADP for the reissue. I would like to resolve this matter swiftly as I no longer wish to engage with Loudoun Medical Group. I am eager to move forward and manage my expenses, as I have been facing potential eviction without the paycheck. Lynn advised me to follow up on Tuesday, January 12, after speaking with ADP. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as I seek to bring closure to this issue and regain financial stability.

I have an open claim for late tax filings for Q1 [redacted] with claim number C-[redacted]5. I am seeking an immediate update on the progress of this matter. Although the late filing has been acknowledged, I still have two outstanding tax bills. One appears to be for late [redacted] and WR 30 penalties, and the other seems to be for the late filing of 941s. While I was informed that this was being addressed, I have not received any recent updates from your firm. It is critical for me to have this matter resolved promptly as the penalties are on the verge of increasing and are causing delays in obtaining our business license, resulting in daily financial losses. The issue remains unresolved as of 1/25.

Good morning, I need assistance with my boyfriend's account issue. He changed his phone number, and he was told he would get help with the account, but it has been 3 months, and he still cannot access it. The old number sends a code, but he no longer has it. I used to be employed by 61 Degrees North, an Amazon partner. I worked as an independent contractor delivering packages for Amazon Prime. I have funds in my retirement account with A.D.P., but I can't access it because of 2-step verification. A.D.P.'s automated system only offers to send the verification code to my old phone number or Yahoo email, both of which I no longer use. I urgently need to withdraw the money, and not being able to log in is causing stress. I need a solution to bypass this issue quickly.
