ADP Payroll and Benefits Customer FAQ

To view your pay stub, log in to the ADP portal using your user ID and password. Once logged in, navigate to the "Pay" section where you can access your pay stubs.

If your account is locked, you'll need to reset your account access before you can update your bank information. Once your access is restored, you can log in to your ADP account and navigate to the direct deposit section to update your bank details.

To access your pay stubs from 2014 to 2022, log in to your ADP account at the ADP self-service portal. Once logged in, navigate to the "Pay" section to view and download your historical pay stubs.

It's convenient for you that your new employer also uses ADP. In fact, you don't need to create another account. You can add your new employer to your existing ADP account. You will need a registration code from your new employer to do this. Once you have that, log into your ADP account, go to the "Myself" tab, then "Pay" and "Manage Direct Deposit". You can add the new employer information there. Please note that although the process should be pretty similar to this, it may vary slightly depending on the exact version of ADP your employer is using.

If you're encountering an issue with your W-4 form information on file with ADP Payroll, usually, the recommended method is to contact your HR department or your payroll administrator directly as they possess the direct access to make pertinent changes to your payroll information. Make sure to explain in detail the issue you've noticed with your W-4, whether it is missing specifics, incorrect entries, or updates required. ADP Payroll, in principle, can not modify this information directly at an employee's request due to security and compliance adherence.
