I am experiencing difficulties accessing my ADT TotalPay Card account online. When attempting to review my transaction history, I can only see my five most recent purchases, and suspect an error in my account balance. Unfortunately, my attempts to register on the Money Network website have been unsuccessful as my card information is deemed invalid. Moreover, contacting the provided toll-free number led to discrepancies in verifying my personal details, preventing me from accessing my account information. I am seeking to retrieve a detailed statement of my purchases and speak with a customer service representative, but the current navigation challenges on various websites have made this process frustrating.

I have tried calling multiple times and I am frustrated. I really need to speak with a representative as my issue seems complex and cannot be resolved over email. The system disconnected my calls several times, adding to my frustration. When I tried to register as a new user and entered the company code, it shifted to personal information and abruptly ended. The email verification does not match the required steps outlined by the company. My card registration seems to have created a separate account instead of linking to my company account as expected. This mix-up prevents me from accessing my funds. I am at a loss as my expected pay is not reflecting on my card. The entire process has been bewildering and not as straightforward as anticipated. Having direct customer service support during the initial registration may have prevented this ongoing issue.

I'm having trouble accessing the Workforcenow website. On my first day at the company, SiFive, I encountered an issue with an invalid password. After spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with tech support, they attempted to log in remotely but were unsuccessful, citing that Google Chrome is not currently supported. I have since tried logging in using Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome, and even changed my password as advised. Despite following all steps, I am still unable to access the site. As a benefits provider, I expect better service and urge ADP to address this issue promptly.

I am seeking assistance from a supervisor. I encountered an issue during the open enrollment period when trying to include my wife on my health insurance/benefits. Unfortunately, the ADP system mistakenly treated this as a life event, resulting in my wife being listed as a dependent without coverage. I followed instructions to submit the required documents to verify our marriage, but my wife remains uninsured due to the system error. I have been advised to contact my HR representative, who redirects me to ADP for resolution. I urgently request for someone to contact me promptly regarding this matter.

I'm having trouble accessing the app as I need a code from my administration. I've tried the hotline for 45 minutes without success. I require assistance with my password issue as I am unable to update it successfully. My userID is [redacted] I have attempted to change my password multiple times using combinations of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, yet each attempt fails. The system does not specify which rule I might have violated during the password update process. I have been trying to resolve this for the past three days without success. A couple of weeks ago, I received a notice about a wage garnishment related to a car repossession from [redacted]. They have been taking 25% of my wages, but as a single mother and head of household, I filled out an exempt form to limit the garnishment to 10%. However, I am struggling to submit the form because I was directed to an automated ADP wage garnishment number. Despite my efforts to contact ADP through phone and online, I have been unable to speak to anyone or upload the necessary form. Teletech, my employer, advises me to contact ADP, but I am facing hurdles. Two of my paychecks were garnished at 25%, significantly impacting my income. With no child support and recent car troubles, I am in a difficult financial situation. Both ADP and Teletech seem unable to assist me. I am feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn for help.

Two weeks ago, I attempted to pay my phone bill using my ADP card, a process I have followed for the past three years. However, the payment did not go through despite having sufficient funds. Upon contacting ADP customer service, I was left on hold for an hour, resulting in a frustrating experience. As I had an appointment, I stopped at a gas station where my card was declined, leaving me stranded for hours. After another hour on hold with customer service, I was informed that I needed to provide proof of how my card was funded. Explaining that I am self-employed and receive payments via Zelle for insurance sales, I requested the card be unlocked to purchase gas. After a lengthy conversation, the representative unlocked my card with the condition of providing proof of my income source. Despite her assurance of sending a link for submission, I never received it. Now, I have received a notification today that my account is locked once again.

Hello, I am Robert Ellis, a new employee at Northern Lights in Seattle, WA. I received a Security Service activation code from ADP on Wednesday, August 27, along with a verification code. However, I was not informed about the email until Friday, August 30, which resulted in the link expiring before I could sign in. I contacted my Account Administrator, Laura Retana from HR, but she mentioned that the email was system-generated and couldn't help. I was informed by my HR at Henkel in SLC, Utah that I could update my direct deposit using the app, tablet, or computer. I have attempted to do so on all three platforms but have been unsuccessful. Consequently, I have not received my most recent payroll. I reached out last week and the assistance provided was inadequate. Despite submitting my updated information to HR about six weeks ago, no progress has been made. I received an overnight check which I now need to pay bills with. The current low rating on Google Play reflects many similar complaints. I spoke with a helpful individual today who advised me to resolve this issue through the HR payroll department. I am dissatisfied with ADP's services and do not trust they will rectify the situation. I prefer receiving physical checks and necessary tax information by mail. Until ADP improves its operations, I do not wish to engage with them further. Please expedite the transfer of funds into my account today as I urgently need the money. I intend to continue raising my concerns on Google Play until this matter is resolved promptly.

I used to work at GC Services in Huntington, West Virginia. Recently, my pay card was stolen from my safe. I contacted the fraud department, who were supposed to send me a new card and the necessary paperwork to address the unauthorized charges on the card. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach the right person after speaking to multiple representatives. This situation is very concerning as the charges were not made by me, and the funds involved were meant for my daughter's tuition. It has been over a month, and I still have not received the replacement card or paperwork. I urgently need to speak to someone about this issue.

I was let go from Summit Malibu on 11/21/[redacted]. I need my quarterly statements from 07/01/[redacted] to 12/31/[redacted] for Unemployment benefits. Summit advised me to calculate it from my paystubs, but I couldn't. When I asked for the ADP number to call, they said I could find it online. I have been unable to log onto ADP since starting work in early October this year. Despite my employer's lack of assistance, I was informed by the previous person I spoke with that I need to reach out to you to address this matter. Moreover, I have received two paychecks without taxes, social security, etc. being deducted, even though I filled out the tax forms accurately.

I used to be employed by Field Works but now I work at Amazon. I'm unsure if I need to log in differently now that I am with a new employer. The HR department at Amazon has not been helpful in clarifying this for me. When I visited the office, I was instructed to call a 1-[redacted] number. Titan Transfer in Shelbyville, TN is my employer. Yesterday at 7:30 pm Central, they submitted our payroll to ADP. The hope was that if our banks permitted it, we would receive our paychecks early for the holiday. However, even though our bank allows it, the funds did not show up this morning. I am trying to determine if ADP Nashville has processed or will be processing our payroll before 8 pm Central today. Our bank will continue processing transactions until then.
