I used to work at Clear One Advantage, and I need to request a check from my [redacted](k) account. However, there seems to be an error with my termination date in the system. I am worried that if I proceed with the distribution with the wrong termination date, it may affect the funds' distribution. My ADP does not reflect my current routing and account details. I suspect my account has been compromised, and I urgently need to update my routing and account number on my ADP profile. It seems that an unfamiliar account has been linked to my ADP and has been siphoning off my funds. I can provide evidence that an unknown account is connected to my earnings, with money continuously being withdrawn. The only valid account I had registered with ADP ends in [redacted]. However, my recent pay stubs indicate that an account ending in [redacted], which is unfamiliar to me, has been receiving half of my earnings. Currently, my correct account, ending in [redacted] and configured for daily pay, is not reflected on my ADP account.

I am facing issues accessing MyADP recently. Despite changing my password, I keep encountering a computer error. Human resources confirmed my profile exists, but I can't log in. I am Jonathon Perry, and I have a prepaid debit card with the last digits xxxxxxxxxxxx7005.
A few days ago, I contacted customer service regarding some disputes and unauthorized charges on my account. They temporarily deactivated my card for investigation purposes. After asking if I could withdraw cash from the ATM, they reactivated the card for me to access cash. However, when inquiring about a pending direct deposit from my employer, the call was escalated to a manager who interrupted me. Despite my request to speak to a different manager, I was told none were available. After being placed on hold for 3-4 minutes, the call abruptly ended. I apologize for any inappropriate words I used, but I found the service lacking empathy and proper communication. ADP customer service representatives and managers should receive better training on handling challenging customer situations.

I'm an employee at DD's Discounts with an ADP account. Around four weeks ago, I provided my checking account details, but today I noticed that the funds were deposited into an old bank account that I no longer use. This is concerning as I had already received a paper check from ADP two weeks ago. I did not authorize this account for future deposits, and I urgently need the funds to be moved back to a regular check so that I can receive it from my employer. Kindly reverse this transaction as soon as possible.

Today, I reported my Intuit debit card as lost. I last used it on Friday, September 24th, at an ATM in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, for $26.99. My weekly payroll is deposited on this card, usually available early on Thursdays. Unfortunately, after reporting the card lost, my $[redacted] paycheck was deposited onto that card, now deactivated. I have upcoming car and insurance payments due on October 3rd, which include new policies. I am worried about accessing my funds and feeling frustrated. I am considering asking my ADP administrator or payroll department for a paper check, but I am not sure if that is possible. Direct deposit is not my preference, but my employer requires it.

On my first day at BestBuy, I encountered an issue while setting up my Direct Deposit through ADP. Despite triple-checking all the information, trying with multiple banks, and confirming my agreement with the terms and privacy statement, I found the "Next" button greyed out with a line through it. I also attempted to set up my deposit through the Chime app with the ADP tool but received an error message stating that the account doesn't support this product. Even after reaching out to my employer for assistance, they were unable to offer a solution as they had not encountered this problem before. Unfortunately, I've been unable to speak with a live person from ADP to resolve the issue.

I am writing from the accounts payable department at Cypress Environmental Partners - Tulsa Inspection Resources in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We encountered an issue with a recent payment we sent to you. Two payments were made to cover Wage Garnishment & Employee Tax Services for August. The debit advice was dated 9/17/[redacted] with number [redacted]53, debiting $3,[redacted].19, and was wired on 10/17/[redacted]. Additionally, a check was mistakenly sent to cover the same amount. My coworkers and I expected our payroll deposits to arrive today, December 3rd, [redacted], but as of now, three of us haven't received our payments. Our employer from Open Gym Georgia, where I (Julie Mitchell) work, assured us that the situation would be resolved by noon EST. Unfortunately, even after that time has passed, the deposits are still missing from our accounts. I was employed by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia back in March [redacted], and I retired on September 1, [redacted]. I recall that Kennesaw transitioned to an in-house payroll system around late [redacted] or early [redacted]. I am in need of copies of my payroll records from March [redacted] to May [redacted]. Kennesaw claims they cannot find the records and are questioning my retirement benefit payments, which I am certain I made. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They have failed to file my wages report for three quarters in [redacted], resulting in a levy of nearly $7,[redacted] on my account. Despite speaking with around 20 representatives, the issue remains unresolved. I have meticulously documented all communications. I am now considering taking my complaint to social media and Channel 7. I urge everyone to avoid doing business with this company. It appears to be a scam as they have held onto my funds for almost 2 years without paying the Employment Development Department (EDD).

I am the beneficiary of my husband's QDRO retirement account with ADP. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in August due to a drunk driving accident. Since his passing, I have attempted to contact ADP to begin the process of closing the account, to no avail. I do not fall under any of their standard categories, lack a PIN, and the account is not under my name due to my husband's passing. Despite numerous attempts to reach ADP over the phone, I have been left on hold for 45 minutes multiple times without any response. Even my brother-in-law has tried calling without success. The lack of communication and assistance from ADP in this difficult time is very distressing.

I am currently on leave for mental health reasons and urgently require access to my recent paystubs. Every time I attempt to sign in to portal.adp.com, I receive an error message saying:
"Login failed. The user name and password you have entered are not valid for this portal website. See your system administrator for assistance in obtaining the correct website for the user name and password entered."
During my time off, I only have 8 hours to retrieve these paystubs to secure a loan; otherwise, I risk losing everything. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to resolve my account issues for a few years. Recently, ADP merged my current employment with my previous employer, SAIC, without my consent. This has been a common problem faced by other employees as well.
I am in need of speaking with a representative from ADP as this issue involves multiple employers. Updating my address has also been a challenge, as the only entity able to do so is the company that acquired my former employer.
