I left AECOM in September 6, [redacted]. I needed to access my ADP AECOM account to get my [redacted] tax documents but encountered an issue. After updating my expired password successfully, the system prompted for a verification code to be sent to my old email or company phone that I no longer have access to. The website mentions using security questions for verification, but I can't find that option. I know the answers to my security questions. Can this be resolved over the phone? I am having trouble logging into my ADP account. I believe my username is bhobbs1_! I am unable to reset my password and need assistance. I have retirement accounts with funds that I would like to access. I was on hold for over an hour trying to reach someone for help, but couldn't get through. I have accounts with Piedmont Eyecare and another one that I can't recall. I need to access these funds and am aware that I will have to pay taxes on them. I did not receive my W-2 from a previous employer, CircleK. When I tried to access my ADP account, I found out it was suspended and was instructed to contact HR. Due to my current job, it's hard to take personal calls. I attempted to contact ADP but couldn't speak to anyone and was directed back to my former employer. After a 45-minute call with CircleK, they claimed to have sent my W-2, but I hadn't received it. They suggested I contact ADP, which I explained was not possible as my account was suspended after leaving the company a year ago. The conversation became difficult as they interrupted me and ultimately hung up on me. I was unable to call back due to time constraints and their weekend hours. Is there a way to reach a live agent at ADP or another way to access my W-2? Thank you.

As a past employee, I am in need of my [redacted] W2 and [redacted]-C forms from my former workplace. The company now requires individuals to access these forms through the ADP self-service portal. While trying to login, I encountered an issue during the phone number verification step where the system indicated it failed. I am having trouble obtaining my W2 form from my former employer, Hilton. They directed me to the ADP site to access it. I am able to log in and view statements, but to access the W2, ADP asks for validation through an email or text message sent to an old Hilton email address and phone number I no longer have access to. I am unable to update my contact information without completing this validation process. I reached out to ADP, and they suggested, "Contact your company administrator for further assistance."

Many of my colleagues and I depend on wisely for direct deposit, ensuring we receive our pay early on Wednesdays around 5 p.m. However, following Monday's holiday, we have encountered delays due to banks struggling to catch up. There are conflicting reports; one suggesting the delay is due to the holiday, while another claims wisely's accounts were frozen post a supposed hack. As I live paycheck to paycheck, this delay is challenging for me. I urgently need my paycheck as I rely on it for my daily expenses. I've already spent nearly two hours on hold trying to resolve this issue and desperately need clarity on when I can expect my payment.

I am having trouble accessing my retirement savings plan because my former employer entered the wrong birthdate for me. Despite multiple conversations where they assured me the issue was resolved, I still can't log in as I was never provided with a pin number. After a decade of employment, it seems I was mistakenly signed up for a plan I didn't agree to. My correct birthdate is February 10, [redacted], and after speaking with the participant call service, it seems the birthdate on file is completely wrong. Furthermore, there is an error in the plan end year, which should be [redacted] instead of [redacted].

I was expecting my paycheck last week as my payday was Friday, 10/14/22 with my prior employer, 10 days ago. I have yet to receive my paycheck and keep getting texts asking me to rate ADP service. I am concerned as I haven't been able to speak to anyone for help or an explanation. I still have one paycheck pending for the last two days I worked, and I want to ensure everything is in order for when my final check should be sent. It's important for me at this time as I'm at risk of having my power shut off since I'm two months behind on payments. I hope ADP will provide more assistance for urgent matters like mine. I recently contacted ADP to cancel service for one of my companies. They have been charging me $72.34 weekly for several weeks due to their error in not submitting payroll. Unfortunately, when I canceled one business account, ADP mistakenly canceled both accounts. This has left me with payroll due today, 11/10/22, and no active account to process it. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to resolve this issue. I have always been a prompt paying customer of ADP through my company, The Wright Home Care, LLC, and I urge ADP to take responsibility for their mistakes and rectify this situation promptly.

I was briefly employed at 1800trade show where the owner, Robert Lewis, informed me that due to the year-end, payroll was closed early. Despite my request for him to set up my payments through ADP, it was never processed. I have a trail of text messages showing me chasing after my money, only to be given excuses and the runaround. Multiple employees faced the same issue with him and his disrespectful girlfriend. I urgently require the money for bills and to support my family. When I confronted Robert about the delayed payment, he claimed it was sent with no proof. I am left frustrated and in need of assistance.

I had APD benefits through December 31 with my previous employer. Unfortunately, I was laid off on January 18th, after the company switched to a different payroll provider, not ADP. I am in urgent need of accessing my [redacted] W2 and my last two December pay stubs to support my unemployment claim. I am having trouble obtaining my [redacted] W-2 from ADP. My previous employer used ADP for payroll in January and February before switching to another provider. While I received the W-2 from the second company for March to December, I have not received the one from ADP. I have attempted to contact ADP through various numbers listed on their website, but the automated prompts did not address my specific issue. As a former employee of an ADP client, I have repeatedly tried to log in using my first/last name, birth date, and social security number. However, the website keeps stating that no records exist for me and directs me to contact my employer. Despite reaching out to the employer, the issue remains unresolved. I urgently need access to my old W2s due to a time-sensitive tax situation. Unfortunately, the website and helpline do not allow me to speak with a live person, and the automated options do not address my specific needs. ADP's difficulty in resolving basic issues has been a recurring problem since my employment with the said client.

I previously worked for an employer that used ADP but is transitioning to Principal. I had requested my 401K from ADP 8 days ago after being informed it would take 5 to 10 days to receive a check. However, when I followed up yesterday, there was only automation available. After contacting my former employer's Human Resources department, they explained that the transfer from ADP to Principal was causing the access issues. Due to an emergency situation, I need assistance promptly. Despite not being able to retrieve help from Principal, I discovered unauthorized access displaying an employer I am not affiliated with for my 401K. I'm urgently trying to locate my funds and arrange for them to be sent. If my 401K hasn't been transferred to Principal yet, I would appreciate expediting the process. I work at Seniorswhohelpseniors in Fallbrook. Our owner is Matt Obermueller. When I began working here, ADP handled payroll, and I was unable to access my payroll information. About 18 months ago, payroll payments changed from twice a month to every 2 weeks. I require access to my previous payroll details, which are not available in the current system. During my employment, I attempted to add my dependent child, Azariah Karl Harris, born on 02/27/[redacted], to my policy. I was informed that the enrollment process was finished, but it seems that it was not fully completed. I was told by the Human Resources department that I needed to submit the Birth Certificate and social security card by today, 05/08/[redacted], to finalize the enrollment process. Unfortunately, I left the company on 03/16/[redacted] before this could be done. I kindly request a call to assist in enrolling my child for the remaining time left on my policy. Thank you.
