NCS Pearson Inc paid me. But they didn't ask me for my updated direct deposit information. They put the money in an old ADP account ending in -****. This is just terrible. I can see that they paid me. I think the money was sent to the ADP Infocision account. I need my pay check put into the updated account. My ADP aline card number ends in -****. I hate that ADP keeps telling me to contact my employer because ADP has the money all they should do is transfer it onto my updated ADP aline card. This is the worse experience Ive ever had with ADP. I have lost all confidence in ADP. I just can't believe this. I am so very disappointed.
