The issue in GetHuman-annakim's own words
I was just informed by my bank that there was a charge (unauthorized) on my credit card last number from ABCMouse. I cancelled my subscription on Aug **, ****. According to the confirmation of cancellation email, I would not have been billed again, I would have access to the site until September **, ****, at which point the account would have been closed on. However, my credit card was charged in November **** without my permission and, I just now found now when I attempted close the credit card because I've not been using it. To make matters worst, there is no indication*notification in my email that my card was charged or that given this unauthorized charge, my account was reactivated. I am asking that you kindly REFUND my account. Because of this unauthorized transaction that took place in November **** (on a card that I was not using), I'm having to dispute the related interest incurred because of none payment (of a service that I did not authorize nor have any knowledge of). In addition to refunding the card, I am also requesting something in writing so that I can present to my bank in order to get them to reverse the interest charges. **Thanking you in advance for your urgent attention to this issue. **A.
