In the year of **** I paid for a year subscription of your service which was only used ** times because I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In the year **** that subscription expired therfore I cancelled further business seeing I didn't get to use the website like I would have. Now I have just come from the bank to find out not only did I get billed from you guys, but you also put my account in a negative fee. Do to me having a bill left for hulu you also caused me to get two over draft fees on my account. Every since I became sick with beast cancer I've been on disability. To find out that someone still billed me and put my account at such a cost is really melancholy. I've called several times, and yet have a chance to speak with someone. I was a good customer to you guys when I signed up I was also a good customer to you guys when I unsubscribe yet still referred current customers to you guys. So I hope in return you will also show good faith in this matter.
