The issue in GetHuman-sonyasam's own words
I called on the *th of July and asked about coverage on my vehicle and my husband’s vehicle as well as rental insurance. I was given a quote I Decide to take out the policy and I gave the agent my debit card info my husband came in and informed him about the policy he stated Cancel it that is to much so we call back with in approximately * minutes and informed the agent that we wanted to cancel the policy. He informed us that he would cancel the policy but it would take up to ** to ** days to receive our refund. He stated again that the policy was cancel and we were not given a policy number.on ******* I called AAA and find out I have a policy that we did not want and the policy was not cancel until **** This is not good business. Here I am riding around with * Policies and my money tired up on something that we did not want. All because someone is trying to get a Commission.
