Zagg Help Pages: What to Know

The Zagg help page where most customers begin when they have a customer service problem, plus information about what the turnaround time is for helpful responses and how to find assistance for your specific problem is what GetHuman seeks for all major companies. Unfortunately, we haven't found a good help page, faq or forum for Zagg to share, but we can point you in the right direction. In the last 12 months, 9,240 GetHuman users have come here searching for the right place to start with online help, or a FAQ or forum for Zagg customers. Unfortunately we have had to disappoint them and say that we don't know of one yet. Like many smaller businesses, Zagg has a phone number, even though they don't have a comprehensive online knowledge base where you can search for your problem and find answers. Customers like you are looking for help online for a large array of reasons, ie Returns. Hopefully, Zagg will build a web-based presence soon to address common problems and questions. Given that Zagg does not have an online help forum or comprehensive FAQ, we recommend trying one of the other ways to reach them that we have listed here, or else tell us why you were looking for their help in the first place. We may have some hints and better ideas to get you started.

Zagg doesn't have an online help desk for customer service, but you can call them on the phone. You can only get help from Zagg one way that we know of and that is by phone. And again, if you didn't realize it was an option and you'd rather have a dialog with somebody, you can actually phone them.
