How do i convert Wave to Quickbooks Desktop?

I cant open my account to see bank transactions

First, check your internet connection. Clear your browser cache and cookies, and try using a different browser. Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, you may need to log out and log back in, or try using incognito mode. If none of these steps work, there may be a temporary issue on Wave’s end.

Can you split transactions into various categories?

I've updated to a pro account but after logging in the app did not update my account status to pro.

I cannot reset the password. No email for reset was sent.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble resetting your password. Make sure to check your spam or junk email folders, as the reset email might have been redirected there. Also, ensure you're checking the same email account that is associated with your Wave Apps account. If you've checked these and still can't find the email, there may be a delay in delivery ─ it can sometimes take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
