We apologize for the inconvenience. If you've mistakenly provided the wrong email address for your tickets at Vue Cinemas, we recommend going back to the cinema where the tickets were purchased. Make sure to bring your payment proof, whether it's a bank statement or credit card transaction. The staff at the cinema should be able to help reissue your tickets or give a printed confirmation. If the showtime is far away, it might be possible to correct the email error by visiting the cinema in advance.
