I purchased two tickets for "The Meg" on the Vue website, but upon arrival at the venue, I was informed that they were booked for the wrong location. Consequently, I had to buy new tickets for the correct venue as advised by the staff, who mentioned that this issue occasionally happens with the Vue website. Although I bought the right tickets later, the staff couldn't process a refund on site. I was told to reach out to customer service to resolve this matter.

Hello. I wanted to share my recent experience when trying to book a film through your website. I encountered an issue where the website crashed repeatedly with a message saying "HTTPS: Header too long." After a few unsuccessful attempts, I decided to visit the cinema in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, to complete my booking. The staff member there acknowledged that the website was experiencing frequent crashes due to ongoing updates by VUE. Interestingly, I noticed a £1 surcharge for booking at the counter, which was not present when booking online. My thoughts on this are:
a) Why is there an additional charge for booking in person?
b) Charging extra seems unreasonable, especially when the website is unreliable.
c) Considering these circumstances, perhaps waiving the surcharge or donating it to Medicinema, who could benefit from missed online bookings, could be considered.
Thank you.

Dear Vue Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Dylan, a full-time electric wheelchair user due to a physical disability. I recently visited your cinema to watch the new Hunger Games film. While I enjoyed the movie, I want to address an issue with the disabled access to the toilets.
The disabled facilities, while generally adequate for basic needs, had a problem during my visit. One of the two doors to the disabled toilet was locked, making it impossible for my wheelchair to fit through the other door. I believe this was an unintentional oversight by your staff, rather than a deliberate action.
I am contacting you to highlight this issue and request that you address it to prevent such oversights in the future. I am also open to sharing suggestions on how to enhance disabled facilities at your Vue location for better accessibility. If Vue staff could receive training on disability access, it would greatly improve inclusivity for all patrons.
I appreciate the cinema experience Vue offers and believe that focusing on accessibility details can create a more welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Dylan

Hello, I recently purchased a ticket for the Hunger Games yesterday but upon confirming the booking, I realized I selected the wrong location. I promptly visited my nearest Vue cinema, where I was informed that I could receive a refund if I created an account. I followed this advice, but unfortunately, my tickets did not appear in my account. I attempted to contact customer service, but it was already past 7 p.m. I plan to try reaching out again today. I also reached out through the "Contact Us" section in the FAQs on myvue.com, but I have yet to receive a response. I am hoping to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a refund for the mistakenly booked ticket.

I purchased 3 movie tickets for Saturday with booking reference WR57F74. Unfortunately, the cinema location was selected from recent searches and was not where I intended to go. I was unable to cancel the tickets despite having sufficient time. I contacted customer support, and the assistant advised me to buy new tickets at the correct cinema, then provide proof of both bookings and payment to request a refund.
