Yes, customers have the option to cancel or make changes to their order after it has been placed. However, please note that since we strive to process orders quickly and efficiently, changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible. To cancel an order, customers can contact our customer service team by phone or email, providing the order number and relevant details. We will make every effort to accommodate the request before the order is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped, customers can still return the items following our hassle-free return policy.
