What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Town Executive Limousine is designed to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued clients. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate any alterations to your reservation. For cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pick-up time, there are no cancellation fees incurred. However, for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged. In case of no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Our cancellation policy aims to fairly manage both client needs and the logistics of our limousine service.
