Our cancellation policy at Royal Executive Transportation is designed to accommodate any unforeseen changes in our clients' schedules. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation. We understand that emergencies and last-minute changes can occur, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please contact our customer service team at the earliest convenience to discuss any changes or cancellations. Our goal is to provide reliable and convenient transportation services tailored to your needs.
