What is Timberland's warranty policy?

Timberland offers a limited warranty on their products, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. If a defect is found within the warranty period, Timberland will repair the item or, if not possible, replace it with a similar style. If the product is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by accidents.
