Our return policy at Thelightshop.com is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable method for returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free return process for our valued customers.
