Our return/exchange policy at The Black Dog is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be made either in-store or by mail, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, availability permitting, we will happily assist you with that as well. However, please note that items purchased on clearance or during special promotions may be ineligible for return or exchange.
