What is Tanga's return/exchange policy?

Tanga.com has a customer-friendly return and exchange policy. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or arrive damaged. For this reason, our policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Exceptions apply to intimate or sanitary goods and perishable products. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
