How Do I Reset My Username and Password with TD Ameritrade?

If you are accessing your account from the EasyWeb or WebBroker log in screen, then you can reset your password using the following process:

1. Select "Forgot Your Username or Password" directly below the log in fields.
2. Choose "I Forgot my Password.
3. Enter your Username or Access Card number.
4. Verify your identity using the two-step authentication process.
5. On the subsequent "Create Password" page, type your new password into the "New Password" field.
6. Type your new password again in the "Confirm New Password" field and click "Confirm."

If you are accessing your account from the TD app login screen,

1. Select the "Forgot Password" link
2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you do remember your password and have the ability to log in or are already logged into EasyWeb, you can easily reset your password at any time you want. You can do so using the following process:
