How Do I Check the Balance on My Sweetgreen Gift Card?
Go to the Sweetgreen website and log in with your email address and password. Click My Account in the upper-right corner of any page. Scroll down to the section that says Gift Cards. Click Check your Gift Card Balance under My Gift Card Balance. Enter your gift card number and PIN. Click Continue to Verify Your Information. Click Check Balance to see how much money is on your Sweetgreen gift card.

1. Log In With Your Email Address and Password

2. Click on Gift Card Balance Under My Account
Find the Gift Card Balance link under My Account on the Sweetgreen website. Click on Gift Card Balance. Enter your email address and password to sign in to your account. Once you log in, enter the gift card number into the field and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
This will display all available balances associated with that particular gift card number (ensure no extra spaces before or after any numbers). If you have a PIN associated with your gift card, enter it. Continue to the next section. Enter your Gift. If you don't enter the numbers properly, Sweetgreen will not process the transaction. You will need to resubmit it.
3. Verify Your Information
Click the Continue tab to verify your information, then click on Review when you see a prompt. It will redirect you to the balance screen.
4. Click Check Balance Again
Check your balance by clicking on the button that says Check Balance. When you do, Sweetgreen will display the balance on the screen in a pop-up box. You'll see your gift card's current balance in your Sweetgreen gift card account. You can use your gift card at checkout. If you cannot, contact customer service and ask the support team to check the balance.
