Sweetgreen's Return Policy

You can return almost any Sweetgreen purchase for a full refund for any reason as long as you return that purchase within 30 days. To qualify for a refund, the purchase must be unused and in its original package and have everything it came with. Please note that you will only receive a refund of the purchase price, not the shipping costs.

The one exception to the return policy is gift cards. You cannot return gift cards themselves, even if they are unused.

You should receive your refund in the same form as you used to make the purchase. The company, therefore, should automatically refund your gift card for you or at least send you another gift card.

You can make your return to Sweetgreen by following these instructions:
