Our return policy at Step2.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free return process for any products purchased directly from us within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team for further instructions. We strive to provide excellent customer service and make the return process as easy as possible for our valued customers.
