Sobeys accepts returns on all unopened and undamaged products for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Perishable items must be returned within 48 hours. If you have misplaced your receipt, our friendly staff can look up your purchase using your Sobeys loyalty card. Personal hygiene products and certain goods (as specified) are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
