What is the return policy?

Shopbop's return policy allows customers to return unworn, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. The return process involves completing the required returns form, which can be found online, and including it with the package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and processed. Please note that certain items, such as final sale or personalized items, as well as underwear or swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, are not eligible for return.
