Yes, you can cancel or change your order after it has been placed, but only if it has not yet been shipped. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, it is important to contact our customer service team immediately to request any modifications or cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it. In such cases, you may need to return the item(s) following our hassle-free return policy.
