Our return and refund policy at Send Gifts 2 Romania aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery. We may request visual evidence of the issue for resolution purposes. Depending on the situation, we will initiate either a replacement or a full refund. However, please note that perishable items such as fresh flowers or food products are non-refundable. In case you change your mind and wish to return a non-perishable item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.
