What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Giftswithhumanity.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
