We offer a hassle-free return policy at Sarraf.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. However, please note that certain items, such as engraved, resized, or customized pieces, may not be eligible for return.
