Now part of the Marriott's brands, travelers enjoy staying at Ritz-Carlton locations because of the luxurious experience made effortless by online bookings. Needless to say, what can you do if you reserved your room yet never received the email confirmation? Read on to ease your mind so you can focus on your upcoming travel adventure.

Retrieving Your Confirmation Online

Since Marriott owns the Ritz-Carlton, you will need to visit the former's website to request them to resend the confirmation email. Please note that the steps differ slightly between non-members of the Marriott and members. If you haven't already, please check your junk folder for the missing confirmation before proceeding with the next steps.

If you're a non-member, click on the My Trips button located near the top right-hand corner and enter your reservation information, then click on Find. You'll need your confirmation number and check-in date, as well as first and last name. Click on the Email button once you're at the Upcoming Reservation page. Please call Marriott Reservation agents here if you're missing any information.

Marriott members can log into their account and click on the My Trips button. Next, click on the Details drop-down located to the right of the reservation you need to resend. Click on the View/Modify button, which will open the Upcoming Reservation window. Select the Email button and enter the email to which you'd like the confirmation resent.

Using the Marriott App

You can also use the official app Marriott Bonvoy to retrieve your confirmation email. Log into your account on an Android or iPhone and tap on the Trips option, then choose the reservation you'd like to share by email. iPhone users can simply select the Share and Email options to complete their requests. For Android, you may have to choose the logo of your preferred email program.
