Our return/exchange policy aims to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened or unused product within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. We also offer exchanges for items of equal value if you prefer to switch the product. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team through phone or email, providing your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if necessary. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. Additionally, refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
