Where can I purchase a Presto card?

You can purchase a Presto card at various locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). These include Shoppers Drug Mart, TTC Fare Vending Machines, GO Transit Station Attendants, and online at prestocard.ca. In addition, Presto cards can be bought at the Customer Service Outlets of several Regional Transit Agencies, such as Brampton Transit, MiWay, York Region Transit, Durham Region Transit, and Oakville Transit. To find the nearest location, you can use the "Find a Retailer" feature on the Presto website. When buying a card in person, a minimum load of $10 is required for adult cards and $5 for concession cards (seniors/students). Remember to activate and load funds onto your card before travelling on public transit.
