How to cancel my auto pay subscription in my phone pay

To cancel your auto pay subscription on PhonePe, open the app and go to the 'My Money' section. Select 'AutoPay' from the list and find the subscription you wish to cancel. Tap on it and choose the option to cancel the auto pay. Confirm the cancellation, and it will be processed.

I have transfered R 1400 from my phone on 07.09.2024 .The amount is not yet deposited to the beneficiaries account though it passed about 6 days

If the transfer has not been credited to the beneficiary's account after several days, it is advisable to check the transaction status in your PhonePe app. You can view the transaction history and see if there were any issues. Additionally, ensure that you have entered the correct beneficiary details. TRANSACTION FAILED BUT BALANCE IS DEBITED

If a transaction fails but your balance has been debited, it typically indicates that the payment was initiated but did not complete successfully. In such cases, the amount is usually reversed automatically within a few hours. If the amount does not reflect back in your account after some time, please check the transaction status in the app or refer to the transaction history for more details.

Mera transaction faild ho gaya hai Paisa bapas kaise aayega

Transaction failure par, PhonePe aapke liye auto-refund process shuru kar deta hai. Refund ka samay transaction ke prakar aur aapke bank ke niyamon par nirbhar karta hai. Aam taur par, yeh process 1 se 3 working days mein ho jaata hai. Agar refund aapke account mein us samay tak na aaye, toh kripya aap apne bank se sampark karein. Yadi bank se samasya ka samadhan nahin ho paata hai, toh PhonePe app ke 'Help' section mein jaakar aap direct PhonePe se support prapt kar sakte hain.
