I recharged my account with 23,[redacted] rupees on July 20th at 3:29 pm. Initially, I successfully paid 20,[redacted] rupees through UPI, followed by another 3,[redacted] rupees on July 21st. Despite both payments being successful, the amount has not been added to my account. I reached out to customer service on the app, and they mentioned that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. However, even after the 48-hour period has passed, the amount has not been credited to my account. I have provided all the necessary proofs, but the problem persists. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

On Sunday, August 6th, I utilized my credit card to submit my rent payment using the PhonePe option, which is my regular method. Although the card transaction confirmed as successful, the money did not reach the landlord's account. Despite my efforts to address this by reaching out to PhonePe support, I am only receiving automated responses claiming resolution within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it has been more than a day, and the issue remains unresolved. The grievance support is also providing similar automatic responses.

I did not receive the receipt for the payment I made through my phone. The current mobile shop number is needed as I paid Rs. I have been using Phonepe for a long time. Recently, I changed my mobile phone and reinstalled the Phonepe app. However, I am facing issues with the bank activation SMS not being sent to generate the OTP. Despite topping up for SMS activation and contacting both my mobile network's customer care and SIM customer care, the problem persists. I was advised to reach out to the Phonepe system operator as there seems to be an issue with the app on my phone. I need assistance to reverse the amount of Rs. 8.86 lac deposited into fraudulent accounts of GMR Solution in June [redacted]. I am looking for someone who can help me upload details of each transaction from 5th June [redacted] to 23rd June [redacted] on npci.org.in portal. I filed a complaint with cyber crime on 5th July [redacted] and received an acknowledgment number via WhatsApp: [redacted][redacted]. I also visited the lok adalat at the local metropolitan court in early September [redacted]. Please assist in expediting the process of returning the money to my bank account from GMR Solution's accounts.

I deposited [redacted], bringing my balance to [redacted], enabling me to withdraw [redacted] as per VIP Level 1 rules. On attempting a withdrawal of [redacted], only half went through while the other [redacted] vanished. After seeking help from customer service, I was unexpectedly blocked for five days. Hello, I placed an order for a PhonePe POS machine 15 days ago. Since the beginning, I have encountered issues with the settlement of funds to my provided current account. The first amount of Rs. [redacted] was settled by PhonePe last Friday, October 20th. However, the second transaction for Rs. [redacted], dated October 22nd, has not been credited to my account as of today, October 27th. Despite calling customer care daily since October 23rd, I have received false commitments. I am eager to know when my pending amount will be settled.

I wanted to share that I faced an issue with a payment on PhonePe for Google Play Services. On 9 January [redacted], I tried to make a [redacted] payment to add funds to my Google Play account.
