Hello, my name is Anand Babu K. My registered number is [redacted]. I am facing an issue where my brother sent me money ([redacted]), but the receiver did not get the amount. The sender's bank deducted the amount, but the transaction shows successful on 01.12.[redacted]. Please verify if the transaction was successful. If it was successful, kindly deposit the money to the receiver's bank. If it was unsuccessful, please deposit the amount back to the sender's bank. Thank you for your assistance.

I am frustrated with Phone Pay's services. It has been over a month, and I am yet to receive my refund. When I contacted Phone Pay customer care, an executive asked me to visit a branch and check my account, blaming the delay on my bank. After visiting my bank branch, I found everything was fine with my account transactions. Despite this, I still have not received the refund. I have been a loyal Phone Pay customer for 4-5 years, but this experience has tarnished my impression of the company. Please assist me with this issue. From 27th May '22 to 3rd June '22, some transactions appeared on my account through the Phone Pe app without my or my family's involvement. I suspect these are fraudulent transactions causing financial strain. I am eager for a prompt and informative reply detailing the specific transactions. Please take appropriate action to rebuild my trust in this app. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that the bank has confirmed the receipt of your ₹[redacted] payment. It may take up to 5 days for the funds to reflect in the receiver's account. Kindly advise the receiver to check their bank statement after Mon, 15 Aug [redacted] 11:12 AM, for the credit confirmation. Remember, the receiver should check the primary bank account set on PhonePe when the payment was made. Please note, it's not possible to cancel UPI payments due to their direct bank-to-bank nature. Dear Sir, I am facing an issue where when someone sends me money, it doesn't reflect in my account balance on my phone even though the transaction history shows the money has been received. I have been experiencing this for a while, but I didn't pay much attention when it was small amounts. Now, I noticed a significant amount missing, and I suspect it might not have been credited to my account as I expected. I'm currently in Ladakh with a Himachal Pradesh SIM card, making it difficult to receive calls or messages for OTP verification. Please assist me in resolving this matter and safeguarding my funds. I had ₹12,[redacted] on my phone, and ₹4,[redacted] has been deducted. I work in marketing. I sold an item worth ₹4,[redacted] to someone, they took the item from me, and asked for a refund of ₹4,[redacted] through your phone. Why did you deduct my ₹4,[redacted]? I want to know the reason. He complained to you, and you deducted my money without asking him first. He took the goods willingly. He has my item, and you took my ₹4,[redacted]. I work in the market, today ₹4,[redacted] has been deducted, and who knows how much more will be deducted in the future. If anyone complains to you, will you deduct my balance? Why didn't you confirm with me once before deducting my money, I want my money back. He has defrauded me, he took my item and asked for a refund. How can you do this, why did you deduct my money, I want my money back from you.

My phone number is [redacted], I want my money back that has been deducted. I work in marketing and supply goods in the market. I had given goods to someone who complained to you, and you have deducted ₹[redacted] from me. He claimed it was an incorrect transaction. The transaction was done by his consent using my barcode. Why do you deduct money without verifying from any complaint? I regularly make transactions in the market. If someone else does the same in the future, will you deduct money from me too? You trusted his words and took my money. He is lying, no transaction was wrong, it was his choice, and he took goods from me in return for the money. Please, I request you to return my ₹[redacted].

My phone number is [redacted]. I work in marketing and supply goods in the market. Recently, someone made a purchase from me, deposited ₹[redacted] into my account, and then filed a complaint claiming a wrong transaction. This person took the goods and then convinced you to deduct the money from my account without contacting me immediately. They waited two days to contact you, which seems suspicious. Please help me retrieve my money as I did not authorize this transaction. I have tried contacting my bank, but there is no Kotak Mahindra branch where I am. Kindly assist me in getting my ₹[redacted] back.

Dear Customer Service, I recently renewed my Amazon Prime subscription using PhonePe on 26/11/[redacted] for Rs.[redacted]/-, and I noticed that my account was debited twice for reasons unknown. I have already reached out to SBI and Amazon customer service, and they mentioned that the extra amount may be with PhonePe. They advised me to contact the PhonePe team for a reversal. Today, I received a call from PhonePe. A man claimed I had not redeemed a cashback offer. He asked for [redacted] Rs along with [redacted] Rs to expedite the process. He promised I would receive my cashback shortly. However, I have not received the promised cashback or a refund of my debited funds. When I refused to send additional money, he insisted on another transaction or requested my Aadhar and PAN card details. I am concerned about this situation and seek assistance in retrieving my funds since they contacted me on behalf of PhonePe.

I work as an FL agent at Phonepe Financial Services Private Ltd. My Team Leader is Motifujur Rahman, reachable at [redacted]. He advertised on OLX looking for FL agents for Phonepe. I applied through him, but he added me to his team instead of directly at Phonepe. Despite my inquiries, he hasn't resolved this issue. In November, I requested my payout, but Motifujur deactivated my account without paying me. I remain interested in working as an onboarding agent for Phonepe. I seek your assistance on this matter.

My PhonePe is blocked, I need to unblock it. I am sending a request, please accept it. My number is [redacted]. I have sent my UPI number, please correct it. For unblocking, click on the three dots at the top right of the My Beneficiary page and choose blocked contacts. Then, tap on the contact and select the option to unblock.

I, Dinesh, want to report that I transferred INR [redacted] from my ICICI Bank account to Mrs. Bhagya H.S ([redacted]) on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. Later, I learned that she did not receive the amount nor any notification from her bank. Mrs. Bhagya H.S does not use PhonePe, and her mobile number is not linked to any UPI account. I have raised this issue with PhonePe support, ticket ID: [redacted]88. PhonePe support advised checking the receiver's bank statement after Thursday, February 16, [redacted]. Kindly investigate and resolve this matter promptly. I have played on Club Teen Patti and recharged with 10,[redacted]. As of today, the recharge has not gone through, and I have not received a refund. I have contacted my bank and Club Teen Patti regarding this issue. Club Teen Patti assured me I would be refunded for the transaction made on March 4th using my mobile number [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive the refund. I tried to raise a complaint with HDFC Bank, but they mentioned that if the merchant initiates a return, it will be reversed since the amount was already credited to the merchant's account. I am unable to find a complaint number or email address to escalate this issue with Club Teen Patti. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear all, I am a regular user of PhonePe. On March 2nd at 11:55 am, I made a payment of Rs. [redacted] to Mr. Prasannajit Prakash Shirodkar through PhonePe. However, he did not receive the money as he does not have a PhonePe account, though his name is listed on PhonePe. I transferred the amount to him as mentioned, but Mr. Shirodkar did not receive it. I kindly request a refund of Rs. [redacted] or proof that Mr. Prasannajit Shirodkar has indeed received the payment. I appreciate your prompt action and assistance in this matter. After entering my password on the phone, the password field failed, and my ₹[redacted] disappeared. I am disappointed, sir, that someone deceived me like this with my money. I trusted them like my own today; they have made it forbidden for me to eat and drink for 36 hours. Because, sir, I am a driver with money. Today the driver was informed on the phone that the UPI ID field was failed, and I have spent the whole night hungry today. I have been using this for two and a half years. Today the same person has compelled me to hungry. Disappointed, sir. I am sorry.

On 16-06-[redacted], I recharged ₹20,[redacted] on the TeenPatti Go app during a game, but I ran short of cash. The app demanded the same amount to be deposited, which I did, but the funds did not reflect in my playing account. Consequently, I lost the match. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I did not receive any response. If I obtain the app developer company's name and address, I will file a case in the District Consumer Court. Unfortunately, I do not possess this information. Please assist me.

I am experiencing issues with a recharge that I attempted. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the recharge was not successful. It has been 8 days, and I have not received any assistance from your team yet. Typically, the refund should reflect in my account within 7 days, but there has been no update so far. I am disappointed with the lack of response and support from your team. It is frustrating to not receive consistent answers or help. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly and would appreciate speaking with a member of your team today.

Dear Sir, I have a PhonePe account, but the money is not being transferred. I received a message about changing my mobile number. Unfortunately, due to a recent medical issue where I fractured my left leg and had to undergo surgery last month, my phone and registered SIM card were damaged. I have linked my new mobile number, registered with my Aadhar card, to my HDFC bank account. I updated this new number on PhonePe, but it is still not functioning. As I am unable to travel due to my medical condition, I will be sending my KYC documents via email. Kindly provide me with the email address where I can send these documents.
