If your Philips Sonicare toothbrush has stopped working and won't recharge, first ensure that the charger is plugged in and the charging platform is clean. Check for any debris on the metal contacts of both the toothbrush and charger. If the issue persists, try using a different outlet. If these steps don’t resolve the problem, the battery may need replacement or there may be a defect.

When do I know when to change brush heads?
You should change your Philips Sonicare brush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed. Many models also feature a brush head replacement reminder that will notify you when it’s time to replace it. Regularly replacing your brush head ensures optimal cleaning performance and helps maintain oral hygiene.

my sonic care brush is very loose . I cant brush my teeth because the brush head is moving off
afater a couple of seconds. Could you replace them ?
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Philips Sonicare brush. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to replace the item directly. However, your brush head should fit securely onto the toothbrush handle. If it's loose, it might be worn out and require replacing, or it's possible that it's not the right model for your handle. We recommend purchasing a new brush head compatible with your model. If the issue continues, it could be a problem with the handle itself, and you may need to consider using the warranty if it's still valid. Please remember to replace your brush head every three months, or sooner if it shows signs of wear.
