To transfer the ownership of an Oculus device, follow these steps: 1. Log out of the Oculus app on your phone. 2. Factory reset your Oculus device. This will erase all data on the device and make it ready for the next user. 3. Have the new owner log in to the Oculus app on their own phone. 4. Connect their phone to the Oculus device. Then, they can proceed with setting up the device as a new user. Remember that some content, like certain apps and games, may not be transferable as they are linked to the original owner's Oculus account.
