Oculus Rift Customer Service Issues

My original Oculus Rift headset is only showing a black screen. This problem occurs on two different computers - my old one that used to work and my newer one with modern components and Windows 11 (both surpass the minimum VR requirements). Even though I can hear the Oculus menu and the controls work, the display won't function. I've attempted common fixes like uninstalling/reinstalling software, updating hardware, restarting Oculus in the app menu, and checking connections with no success. I'm looking for any additional solutions or a place to repair the hardware. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.
