Yes, you may cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, but only if it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by phone or email with your order number and details of the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it.
