Our return policy at Nasty Gal is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 28 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We accept returns on all eligible items as long as they are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached. For ease of convenience, we provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that final sale items, beauty products, and accessories are not eligible for return.
