Our return policy at Gallerydirect.com ensures customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. We accept returns of both framed and unframed artwork, as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction and make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
