Yes, you can return or exchange items purchased from the NHL Shop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange the item. It is important to note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Simply fill out the return form provided with your order or contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the original item is received.
