Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, Shoppers Drug Mart accepts returns and exchanges for products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt. Certain items, such as prescription medications or perishable goods, are not eligible for return or exchange due to health regulations. Additionally, returns and exchanges for electronics and jewelry must be made within 14 days, and prepaid cards and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
