If your account has been inactive for over 90 days, it may need to be reinstated. Please refer to the reinstatement process outlined in the specific guidelines provided by Money Network.

To obtain your remaining balance for your Money Network Card, you can check your balance online through the Money Network website or mobile app. You may also be able to check your balance by calling the customer service number associated with your card.

If you didn't receive your new card when EDD changed card holders, you will need to contact Money Network's customer service department. They will be able to issue a new card and send it to the correct address. Please remember to double-check your address information to ensure that it is current and correct. Kindly note that it generally takes 7-10 business days to receive your card once it has been mailed.

To get a virtual card with Money Network, log into your account online or through the mobile app. Navigate your way to the Card Management section or find a prompt mentioning a virtual card. After requesting a virtual card, you will receive information such as your card number, CVV, and expiry date. Please know that virtual card features may vary, and not all accounts or service providers offer this feature. Always ensure to securely store your virtual card details and only use them on secure, trusted platforms while making online transactions.
