How Do I Track My MobStub.com Order?

Mobstub is an online source for deals on national name brands and boutique retailers. If you have placed an order with Mobstop, you'll want to be able to track the order. As with any online retailer, there are ways for you to do this. In fact, you have a number of options at your disposal.

How to Track Your Order through Mobstub

1. Go to Mobstub's home page.
2. Log in to your account with the Log In button in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click the My Orders link. You will be able to find the details of your order status there.

They only provide the most basic information on their site, however, and it is not always quickly updated. You might therefore want to track the order using the tracking tool of the company Mobstub shipped with. This will either be UPS or FedEx.

If Your Order Was Shipped by UPS

1. Get the tracking number from the email Mobstub sent you when you placed your order.
2. Go to the UPS home page.
3. Click the Tracking link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
4. Enter the tracking number in the text field provided.
5. Click the Track button. You will be given your package tracking information.

If Your Order Was Shipped by FedEx

1. Get the tracking number from the email Mobstub sent you when you placed your order.
2. Go to the FedEx home page.
3. Select your location and language from the list of options.
4. Click on the Tracking link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
5. Enter your tracking ID number in the text field provided.
6. Click on the Track button. You will be given your package tracking information.

If you didn't receive the email with your tracking number, then you will need to contact Mobstub's customer service.
