How Do I Reset My Mint.com Password?

How to Reset Your Intuit Mint Password
As long as you still have access to the same phone or email you used to sign up for Intuit Mint, just follow these instructions to reset your password:
- Go to Mint's Sign In page.
- Click on the forgotten password link.
- Enter either the email address or phone number that you signed up to Mint with.
- Follow any further instructions you are given. Mint will send you an authentication code to let you temporarily sign into your account.
- Use the code to get into your account.
- Click on Sign In & Security.
- Click on the Edit button next to the word Password.
- Enter a new password.
- Authenticate it.
- Click on Submit. You will now be able to log in with your new password.
If You No Longer Have Access to Your Email or Phone
If you no longer have access to the email account or phone you used to sign up for Mint, follow these instructions:
- Take a clear picture of your driver's license, your state ID, your passport, or a recently notarized document with your name and address on it. The ID cannot be expired.
- Go to the Account Recovery Request Form page.
- Fill out all of the fields, and select options for all of the drop down menus in this form.
- Fill out the CAPTCHA at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the Next button.
- Upload the picture you took in Step 1. Someone from Mint will contact you to help you reset your password.
