Microgold, Inc. has a customer-oriented return policy to ensure satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging intact. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. In case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.
