What is Rieker Inc.'s return policy?
Rieker Inc.'s return policy aims to provide customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely content with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. For returns due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we offer free return shipping. However, for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
