How do I return an item?

To return an item purchased from Lumens.com, you will need to initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to print out a prepaid return label and packaging slip for your item. Make sure to securely package the item in its original packaging with all included accessories. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
